History:At the age of 11 he lived In the outskirts of the virbank complex.There was a lot of stormy weather and he would sit and play in the rain all day long.His parents Assume cause of this he would become a vaporeon.He loved to splashing in the puddles.Loving the way the water felt in his fur.He would also play in the water near the docks of the complex.Jumping off the many metal beams for the rush of falling.One day It was raining and he decide to go to the docks And what he saw was Yellow strips shooting from the sky.This was the first time he ever saw lighting.It Made his heart Race And He wanted to get closer to it.So he climb to the highest point of the construction site
to get a better look.Lighting was striking all around the area.And he watch it strike All around the city.Then he herd screaming from the towns folks who were looking towards him.He wave at the and look to the sky again At that moment he was struck by One of the bolts of lighting.The pain he felt was unbearable And He fell off the beam in to the water.he awoke in the hospital three days later And his parents were Overzealous to see he was alive and they Made sure he stay near them at all so that this "accident" didn't happen again.


At the age of 13 Elixir sat looking at the virbank complex from a hill where his parents made him sit so they could keep a close eye on him.all he could think about was what had happen and how it felt.It was painful but for some reason He felt as if it was a part of him.From the distance he saw the power plants generator.And it seem to be giving off the same sparks He saw from the sky.His heart begin to race again without thinking he rush towards the generator his parents saw this and ran to stop him but they weren't fast enough And he ran head first in to the generator Passing out from the pain again.When he awoke it had been a month his parents look shocked when he awoke.He look to see he had evolve in to a jolteon.He touch the metal bar from his bed and a current shocked him.He stop and realize it was the same jolt from the lighting and the generator.But it didn't hurt him in fact if filled him with a feeling of euphoria.He knew he wanted more but he didn't know how to get it or why he wanted it.


at the age of 16 his lust for electricity Would always get in trouble with the pokemon around his neighborhood. because he would absorb electricity out of there generators,His discharge would break lights,glass, and in some cases Even hurt people.One day All the villagers got together and held elixir down and pour mud on him.Elixir Scream for his parents to help him.But all they said was "It's for your own good." he cried for weeks not knowing what he did to deserve what the townsfolk did to him.He realize that if he learn more about what was happening to his body But he knew he couldn't do it here.he Left home in search of a Place where he could learn More about himself and in fact the world around him
